    Excellent balls for Piriformis & Gluteus tricker points.
    The large plastic ball is very hard and is very good for large tricker points and the spikes goes deep tissue but one should be careful not to use it too long time.

    The medium rubber ball has the perfect hardness to roll over muscles and find tricker points as well as sitting on the tricker points -not too hard & not too soft -simply perfect!

    The small rubber ball is a little softer than the medium and is good to roll over muscles between bones where the space is narrow and find tricker points as well as sitting on the tricker points.

    It is painful to remove tricker points but you have to remove them to get rid of the pain. Here is how you do:
    1. Sit or press all you can right in the middle of a tricker point 30-60 seconds until the pain stop. You might have to do this over several days (only 1 time per day!) until you can sit or press until the pain stop.
